An NGO providing developing countries with technological cooperation
and training centering on environmental conservation, pollution prevention technology,
and plant maintenance. Foundation established in July 1980. The name changed in August

Central facility for gathering information and conducting research
and exchanges on the Asian-Pacific region. Also conducts research on Asia in cooperation
with the United Nation's University. The foundation of Asian-Pacific Center established
in October 1992.
